The best vacation ever

Hi!

I'm going to tell you about my best vacation ever. It was in 2017 with three of my best friends from the school. We went  backpacking across the south of Chile.

We started in Curacautin, because our initial objective was go to the National Park Conguillio, located in the La Araucanía region. But that year was the biggest and most devastating forest fire in the zone of centre and south of the country, so all the parks closed to prevent the fire from extending.

We were in Curacautin when we received the news that the park were closed, so we had to change the plans and we went to visit different towns like Icalma, Melipeuco, Villarica, Coñaripe, Valdivia. The place most far way that we went was Cucao in Chiloé. It's a magical place that I loved it.



We were a month visiting the different places of this part of Chile. It was the best vacation ever because it was our first journey together and alone, without parents. Now we are plaining our next aventure to Bolivia and Perú for this summer.
